Raising New Tickets (Portal)

Step 1: Open a browser preferably Chrome, then and paste this link https://zuelligpharma-support.freshdesk.com/


Step 2: Click "Login" in the upper right corner. Input your email address and password, then click login
  Step 3: Once you're in the home page. Click "Submit a Ticket" button to create a ticket. 


Step 4: From the Requested By field, choose either Customer or Client


Step 5: Fill out the required fields and click submit on the bottom part of the page to create a ticket
